When Fallon Rohllf first stepped on the mats, back in 2013, at 10th Planet Van Nuys, she was just another student eager to learn and excel in the art of jiu jitsu. Although a little timid at first, Fallon has become a burst of energy when it comes to warming up the class, she’s also accomplished some of her top goals in a decent amount of time. She has become one of our top instructors, recently earned her blue belt, reached some of her fitness goals by loosing weight and she’s even competed at local jiu jitsu tournaments. With the help of her boyfriend, Shaun Ho, who also trains here at 10th Planet Van Nuys, they keep each other accountable on their set training days and push each other when one of them feels too fatigue to come to class. I’ve rolled with Fallon in class often and believe me from experience, she’s an aggressive contender with a strong mind who despite what your size or height may be, she will come after you, pass your guard and take your arm! Fallon’s a spectacular training partner and a great example of what percervience an hardwork can get you. An inspiration for women seeking to get involved in an active, healthy, happy lifestyle which builds confidence with your own sweat, to constantly keep evolving both physically and mentally. Keep up the marvelous work Fallon!
